Account Information: RoyalLive collects, and associate with your account, the information you provide to RoyalLive when you do things such as sign up for your account or log into your account (including but not limited to your date of birth, gender, telephone number, geographical location, etc.).

Financial Information: You may choose to pay RoyalLive for specific services, in such case, RoyalLive may collect your payment information, which includes Apple Pay information, Google Pay information, payermax payment information, recharge history, consumption history, virtual property information, etc. For users who meet certain conditions, the proceeds obtained on our Platform can be converted into fiat currency to withdraw to your personal bank account, in which case, RoyalLive may collect your real name, ID information, and bank card information.
Usage Information: RoyalLive collects information related to how you use the Services, including actions you take in your account (like sharing, editing, viewing, creating, etc.). RoyalLive uses such information to provide, improve, and promote our Services, and protect RoyalLive users. Such information including but not limited to log information, browsing history, search history (including content you have viewed in the Platform), product interaction, crash data, performance, diagnostic data, and other usage data.

You can delete your account within the app by tapping Settings -Account management-Delete Account: After the deletion of your account, your personal information will be removed from RoyalLive, except the personal information that must be retained by us as clearly stipulated by laws(such as the information related to your transactions in RoyalLive, and the data that should be retained as clearly stipulated by the government or laws).Please refer to the Account Deletion Policy for details.
XV. Account Deletion Policy
Dear users, before you start the RoyalLive account deletion process, we would like to make the following special instructions for you: RoyalLive will cease to provide this account with our high-quality and diversified products and services, which will inevitably bring inconvenience to your after-sales rights protection. Once your RoyalLive account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Please consider carefully before the deletion. If you still decide to delete your RoyalLive account after careful consideration, please read carefully and fully understand this policy. After accepting all its content, please proceed with the next step according to our operation guidelines for deletion. By starting a deletion through the deletion method provided in Part 3 of this policy, you are deemed to have accepted to sign and abide by the entire content of this policy. l.Please note: account deletion will have the following effects on you:
1.Once your RoyalLive account is deleted, you will not be able to log in to or use this account(including using this account as a third-party account to log in to other products), that is, you will not be able to log in/use/continue to use related products and services of RoyalLive through this account;

Once your RoyalLive account is deleted, it cannot be restored (even if you apply to us to register your RoyalLive account again with the same mobile phone number third-party account after the deletion, the account will be a new one. Therefore,we kindly remind you to back up the contents you think need to be backed up in advance before applying for deletion);
5.Once your RoyalLive account is deleted, the relevant user agreement and other rights and compulsory documents signed between you and us shall be terminated accordingly(except those which have been agreed to continue to take effect between you and us or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations);
ll .Before you apply to us for the deletion of RoyalLive account or are in the process of applying for the deletion of RoyalLive account in order to protect your account security and property rights and interests, please check and ensure that the RoyalLive account you have applied for the deletion meets the following requirements, including: 1.This account is registered by you through our official channels in accordance with our Terms of Service and the specifications of the relevant platform, 2. There is no fund in the account, including but not limited to: ·All the funds in the account, including gold coins that have been consumed (or you voluntarily give up these rights and interests): ·No outstanding orders in the mall transaction; ·No other outstanding transactions or orders/services provided but unpaid. 3.lf the account has opened the" automatic renewal" function, please cancel “automatic renewal". 4.Other content that needs to be satisfied in order to protect your account security and property rights and interests. To protect your account security and property rights and interests, we need to authenticate your identity (for example, verify the mobile phone number or third party account bound to this account) for deletion application to ensure that this account is registered by you.
